Our refund and returns policy outlines how we handle such situations to provide you with peace of mind when shopping with us.
Refunds:
If the flowers you receive are damaged, wilted, or do not meet the quality standards you expect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We require you to provide clear photos of the flowers and a description of the issue, along with your order number. After reviewing your case, we will either offer a full refund or send a replacement bouquet at no extra cost, based on your preference. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Returns:
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, we understand that receiving a bouquet that does not meet your expectations can be disappointing. In such cases, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue, whether by offering a discount on future purchases or providing a replacement bouquet that better fits your needs.
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the flowers have been arranged or dispatched, we cannot cancel or refund the order. We recommend that you double-check your order details to ensure accuracy before confirming.
Non-Refundable Situations:
We strive to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot offer refunds for issues outside of our control, such as incorrect addresses provided by the customer or if the recipient is unavailable to receive the flowers at the time of delivery. Please make sure to provide accurate and complete delivery information to avoid such situations.
